A landscape that has been shaped, forever marked by Earth’s powerful energies or by human intervention. The rugs feature minimal lines characterized by materials in contrast, obtained by changing the workmanship and finishings, which produces a three-dimensional, sculptural effect
In the collection designed by Gianpaolo Venier – OTTO Studio, the rug is interpreted as the element that connects various objects within a domestic space: NET stands for “network of connections.”
In our imagination, rugs are strongly related to the idea of wandering about, it is the surface we lay on to draw, write and meditate. The wefts narrate stories about faraway places and countries. But what happens when a rug is placed in a contemporary home space?
