Ferraris

After her graduation in Creative Design in 2013 at the Italian Design School in Padua Giulia Ferraris developed her expertise in graphics, communication and photography, collaborating with some studios in Northern Italy.

Driven by a strong passion for fabrics, now she lives in Amsterdam where she works as a freelance at the Mae Engelgeer studio, increasing her skills in styling and textile design.

Mosaico

Reinterpreting the traditional mosaic work, this rug represents a bridge between ancient techniques and innovative aesthetics. Twisting stripes of colors draw a geometric, modern floral pattern. The alternating bands of the side finishing combined with the mosaic pattern create an eclectic allure, making this creation vibrant and contemporary.

Acapo

Acapo is inspired by the aesthetic of exotic architectonic landscapes. The air is sandy and colors are warm; different textures textile techniques are matching creating a tide, regular design, emphasizing the handmade.
