Aylin Langreuter

Aylin Langreuter is a contemporary artist, university professor, and co-founder of the brand DANTE-Goods and Bads. Aylin Langreuter is a contemporary artist from Munich. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, in Gerd Winner’s class.

She graduated in 2001, the same year in which she co-founded the art agency Wahnsinn und Methode GmbH together with the scriptwriter Lea Schmidbauer. In 2005, she received government funding, the Stiftung Kulturfonds, and published her first catalogue, Erster Teil.

Soon afterward, she enrolled in a philosophy course at the University of Vienna, which played an important role in the development of her characteristic philosophical-aesthetic approach. Her work has appeared in both group and solo exhibitions.

In 2012, she founded Dante-Goodsand Bads with her partner, industrial designer Christophe de la Fontaine, taking on the position of artistic director.
In 2018, she was appointed professor of industrial design at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart.

Ribbon Riders

Ribbon Riders is the new collection designed by Aylin Langreuter, contemporary artist and co-founder of the Dante-Goods and Bads GmbH brand. The design comes from combining the motif of antique weather vanes with American football chenille patches. The result is a multi-layered interior carpet, ultra soft and visually impactful.
